Indications and Usage:

    Nephron FA^® is a supplement for anemia responsive to oral hematinics.  Folic acid, B12 and iron are known to be important for hematopoiesis.  Nephron FA^® contains supplemental levels of these constituents.  Nephron FA^® provides necessary vitamins for patients on dialysis.  Docusate sodium can relieve constipation frequently experienced by the renal patient.

Contraindications:

    This product is contraindicated for patients with iron overload.

Precaution:

    Folic acid may obscure pernicious anemia or produce remission while neurological progress may continue.

Suggested Dosage:

    Two tablets daily away from meals, or as directed by the physician.
