    Most CKD and ESRD patients are 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficient or insufficient.  Vital-D Rx™ is the only CKD/ESRD vitamin with zinc and 1750 IU of cholecalciferol (D3).  KDOQI recommends treatment of vitamin D deficiency starting with CKD stage 3.   One Vital-D Rx™ per day provides KDOQI's recommendation of 50,000 IU per month for CKD patients stages 3 and 4.

Riboflavin 1.7 mg
Pyridoxine 10 mg
Cyanocobalamin 6 mcg
Pantothenic Acid 10 mg
Biotin 300 mcg
Niacinamide 20 mg
Zinc 12.5 mg
Folic Acid 1 mg

 

Precaution: 

    Folic acid may obscure pernicious anemia or produce remission while neurologic progress may continue.

Suggest Dosage:

    Swallow 1 tablet daily away from meals as directed by the physician.
